First off, thank you for considering a membership here at GoTCosplayOfCo! We are more than happy to welcome new members and the steps below will show you how to complete the process! So please, read carefully.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 1 : Alright, so you are interested in a role? We ask that you first go to our Members Page and see what roles have already been taken, you can read the profiles and get to know a little bit about everyone from a bio or their photo gallery. That will give you a chance to see who is who and then decide on a role you might be interested in or creating.

(Original characters will be considered as well.)

 

While you are on the Members Page be sure to take note of the Email Code at the end of the member list. It will come in handy later!

Step 2 : When you have finished looking over the Members Page then you are ready to begin filling out a membership form for a Canon Character or Original Character. The form will ask for your basic information, so we ask that you fill out the form completely before sending it. Pretty easy, huh?

 

 

                                                                                           

 

 

 

Step 3 : Alright! Remember that Email Code mentioned before? This is where it becomes important. We receive a lot of emails and notifications from our various social media sites. So we ask that you name your email properly, that way  we can sort the forms from everything else we receive. To do this we ask that you put the Email Code in the Subject Box before sending it. If you do not have the code as your subject then you may receive an email sending you back to this page so that you might read through the steps again. 

 

The code will not only ensure that your form will be read but it also shows us that you had been following directions. We like to be sure that everyone has gone through the same process and understands what needs to be done. 

 

 

                                                                                           

 

 

 

Step 4 : You have made it to the Review and Meet portion of the process! Congratulations! After you had completed all of the previous steps we will be looking over your form and reviewing it! We will do our best to get back to you quickly, though our schedule may cause a slight delay.. But worry not! We have not forgotten about you. 

 

After we have reviewed your profile we will let you know if you have been accepted. If there is something on your form that may need to be changed or otherwise addressed we will be sure to let you know so that you can sort it. If you had been accepted then we will set up a date and time to meet you. It will give us a chance to get to know you and answer any questions you may have.

 

                                                                                           

 

 

 

Step 5 : Almost there! The last thing we want to get accomplished is your first photo shoot, commemorating your membership as well as debuting  your character. This will give us some awesome pictures to incorporate into your profile here for you and others to view. So be sure to come dressed in your characters outfit and be sure to prepare for all weather conditions.

At this point you will have full access to everything this group has to offer from workshops to meetups and events!
